Participation and cancellation conditions

Registration for the unintech Education Program

Registration for the unintech Education Program must be made online. The decision on possible participation
will be made at the Hands-on Workshop on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no claim from the applicant.

Order confirmation and payment

After reviewing the application for registration, the confirmation will be sent by e-mail with the invoice. The confirmation represents a binding commitment for both parties. The invoice must be paid no later than 2 weeks after receipt but before the workshop date. Workshop participation is only possible after receipt of payment.

Cancellation of participation in the hands-on workshop

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to one month before the workshop. Cancellations within 2-4 weeks prior to the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the workshop will be fully charged. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Please consider the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance. We are not allowed to offer this, but you can easily take it out online with various online insurance providers. Look under the keyword “seminar insurance”. Here you can ensure unexpected events such as illness, pregnancy, etc.
