EndoSurg Plus

Interlaminar & Transforaminal

EndoSurg Plus System

The EndoSurg Plus System is unintech‘s most commonly used system for full-endoscopic spinal decompression. It can be used transforaminal as well as interlaminar on thoracic and lumbar spine.

System information

The system consists of instruments clearly arranged in a double tray and the endoscope safely stored in a tray, which also has space for the endoscopic light guide.

The set contains all instruments (approx. 22), that are required as standard for endoscopic surgery, e.g. dilators, working tubes, various forceps, chisels, nerve hook, elevator, etc. They are optimally adapted to the procedure and the endoscope in terms of length, diameter and design.

Access to the target area transforaminal or interlaminar through serial dilation.

Exposing the target area under endoscopic visualization and identifying the intact and untreated bony structures.

Foraminotomy or Laminotomy with forehead reamer under endoscopic control.

Endoscopic decompression with various instruments, e.g. biopsy forceps, biopsy and Kerrison punches, bone chisel.

Free nerve – end of the procedure.

Unique instruments for transforaminal or interlaminar approach
