The SpineDrive Electrical Drill System is the ideal device for endoscopic and microsurgical spinal surgery applications. This powerful drilling & milling system enables precise bone resection under direct endoscopic visualization, operated by a multifunctional foot pedal. The high-torque motor, the angled gear handpiece and a suitable selection of sleeves and milling cutters complete this system.

A microprocessor-controlled console for smooth and low-vibration drive of the High Torque Electronic Motor 21 and High Speed Handpiece.
Features of the Control Unit
High Torque Electronic Motor 21
A continuously variable, robust and powerful electronic motor with high torque ensures a safe and low noise driving the milling cutter.
A secure locking mechanism on the attached handpiece keeps it in a fixed position and ensures that no twisting occurs. The built-in ventilation permanently dissipates heat.
- For endoscopic applications, a speed up to 10.000 rpm is recommended
- For other applications, the motor allows a speed of up to 50.000 rpm
- Integrated Ventilation system dissipates permanently the resulting heat
- Anti-twist lock protection to ensure that attached handpiece does not twist during use



High Speed Handpiece
This angeled 1:1 gear handpiece for endoscopic spine applications, combined with the Electronic Motor 21, forms the basis for driving our entire range of different rotary endoscopic spinal milling cutters.
The angled ergonomic shape ensures a secure hold in the surgeons hand. The quick coupling andpiece is perfectly balanced with low vibration for fatigue-free working on the patient.
