Used systems in the course

After the course, the surgeon should be able to perform full-endoscopic spine surgery in the clinic independently. For the first surgeries, unintech supports the surgeon and the surgical team with experienced application specialists. If desired, an experienced spine surgeon – onsite or online – can also be called in for support.

EndoSurg Plus

The EndoSurg Plus System is unintech‘s most commonly used system for full-endoscopic spinal decompression. It can be used transforaminal as well as interlaminar on thoracic and lumbar spine.

The EndoSurg Standard System is unintech‘s transforaminal system for full-endoscopic spinal decompression.

EndoSurg Max

The EndoSurg Max System is unintech‘s mostly commonly used full-endoscopic system for posterior decompression at cervical and lumbar spine. With the instrument set EndoPLIF the EndoSurg Max system is used for preparation the disc space for posterior lumbar interbody fusion.

Time schedule of the course

Day one is focusing on the transforaminal approach

Overview of the transforaminal systems and the access technique. Understanding the differences between the systems in terms of indications and instruments. Practical exercises on models. Hands-on on human specimens with the fully endoscopic systems EndoSurg Standard and EndoSurg Plus by experienced endoscopic spinal surgeons.

Day two is focusing on the interlaminar approach

Hands-on on human specimens with the fully endoscopic systems EndoSurg Plus by experienced endoscopic spinal surgeons.
