Since our establishment in 2018, our company has focused on the development of instruments, endoscopes and devices for the field of endoscopic surgery.

Since time immemorial, Asia and especially China has originated renowned and produced masterpieces in architecture, science and technology. unintech ties in with this age-long tradition.

We work with many top-level university hospitals in China including, but not limited to Peking University Third Hospital, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University and Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine.

However, more than 85% of the precision instrument components are designed and engineered in Germany.

Simplifying complex spine surgery

The EndoSurg technique brings a new level of refinement to minimally invasive spine surgery. The enhanced endoscopic visualization provides clear anatomical detail, enabling safe and targeted decompression even in anatomically complex cases.

The surgeons are flexible to choose from EndoPLIF, EndoTLIF, or flexible with EndoPTLIF. The system’s dedicated instruments allow for precise disc space work and implant placement, which are critical for achieving successful fusion with minimal disruption to surrounding structures. Take the special designed half-working channel as an example, it is suitable for most regular cages from open surgery for normal sized patients.

What makes EndoSurg especially valuable is its intuitive design, which aligns well with the experience from open surgery. With the shorter learning curve, it will help more surgeons and eventually benefit the patients.

EndoSurg: A Game-Changer in Modern Spine Surgery

As a spine surgeon with 17 years of experience, I began using transforaminal endoscopic techniques 12 years ago to treat lumbar disc herniation, certain cases of lumbar spinal stenosis, and radiculopathic cervical spondylosis.

Since 2018, I begun to use EndoSurg technique, which tremandeously expands indications to complex lumbar spinal canal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, cervical spondylosis, and thoracic spinal canal stenosis – thus truly entering the era of spinal endoscopy. More importantly, EndoSurg technique marks a transition from traditional open spine surgery to endoscopic spine surgery and makes it easy for all surgeons to learn.

By far, over 500 surgeons from around the world have trained this technique in our hospital. With EndoSurg technique, we also standardized the procedures for EndoULBD , Endo-ULBDD and EndoTLIF. We truly believe, this EndoSurg technique will benefit more and more surgeons and patients all over the world.
